It is also perfect for beginner to advanced decorators. The book explains the different cake decorating techniques with photos of individual steps as well as completed cakes. It covers everything from how to level the cake to how to use the different icing tips and other tools available. It also has many professional tricks of the trade. It has been a great source of inspiration.
